[Book of the Dead Trailer]

Keep making stuff.

I really liked what you were doing with Captain Cat. It's been a year since you made one. I hope you haven't abandoned the series.
I do like the Book Of The Dead Trailer, too. If you were to get out an episode on that, it would be great, too. You have a really good eye for character expression and your vector art, both character art and background work, is vivid in it's simplicity. So don't stop making stuff.

Captain is definately coming back, however, it may start a fresh as ive lost alot of the voice actors, so changes will be made to the script and ideas, but Cap'n and sasuke, and Hard Baddie will all remain..., and theres skeletors bakery 2, and i will definately make an episode of BOTD, most likely, all 3 will happen by the end of this year!
So yeah, im still making stuff! :P

Deserves so much better

This should have a much higher rating right now, in my opinion. You did awesome work here. I love what you did with the animation of the crowd in the beginning. The fight scenes are great and I love the superimpostion still shots. Hats off!

This was really very cool. Inventive idea and portrayal. Unique style. Quality drawing. Great music. Great job. If it had moved a little faster and been less hesitant between cutscenes, I'd have given it a full 10.

We've waited far too long! I liked the old "scribbled" Squigo style but this work was equally funny and cool. Great collaberation, you guys should doubtlessly do something together again.

Yayyyy the Cat is Back!

I haven't been on NG much lately, but I was surfing around on it tonight and thought to myself, "I wonder if there's another Captain Cat movie?" And lo and behold, there WAS another Captain Cat movie, much to my pleasure, and adding to my pleasure was that it's an even BETTER movie than the FIRST one!

Your drawing style and color usage is top-shelf. Your animation is quick and clever and doesn't drag the way many otherwise good movies do. This one wasn't quite as funny as number 1, but the character development is great! You're going on my "Favorites" list, which is a very, very short list. Please make a CC3!!

3DFA is poop

the 3D Flash Animator program is for making banners and text effects and SOME games. It is NOT for making cartoons. This movie is a perfect example why.

Also, I saw "your" Asteroids game you posted, it's a blatant ripoff from the tutorial examples on the 3DFA program. All you did was change the text. So stop being a thief. Get Flash and learn how to use it. 3DFA is lame.

Incredible work

This was the hardest-to-watch piece of work I've ever seen on NG. It really illicits an emotional reaction from the viewer. Near the end I felt myself wanting to close the movie window, I was so affected, but I stuck with it because it's a story and a message that needs to be seen and heard. Fantastic flash, great music, excellent art, and a purposeful piece of work. Thank you for making this.

Not bad

Don't listen to people who say this sucks. There are things that need work, but you've got a good story going on here. A lot of the scenes are posed at interesting and unusual angles. Your art needs a little work but it's obvious you're working on developing your own style and you're improving at it. Adding some voices would make this better. Also, check out the "Fill Transform Tool" in Flash to adjust those gradients a little, make them more subtle. Keep up the good work.
